Note: Consistent Broker Bonus is earned when a
Producer sells 5 or more cases for an annualized
premium of $30,000 or more between January 1,
2004 and December 31, 2004.

Ex: Sell $100,000 in annual premium
Recieve: Standard commission = $8,000 + Consistent
Producer Bonus of 5% for an additional $5,000.

All bonuses are paid in one lump sum in the month
of February
Bonus maximum is $30,000. Standard Commissions
and persistency bonuses are unlimited. |
